In a year of restrictions, sorrow, and lockdowns; the little Church of Bilston SDA went on. Services may have lacked the hugs and maybe a few kisses, but the warmth and love was there streaming over webcams and cameras, microphones and speakers.
Hence, there was no reason not to have a Youth Day Sabbath. With determined effort, the Youth department laid there plans for a programme focus on mental health and hope.On the 28th November, the programme went LIVE!
That was literally live, for it was streamed from YouTube Live on the Bilston Adventist Church YouTube channel. The program was aired for the world to see. As the day progressed, first Sabbath School and then onto Divine Worship the department’s service progressed with out a hitch. The whole Church was amazed and pleased at how the day turned out and congratulated all who took part.
More so, was the audience on the Internet, on the day with 19 consistent views and Zoom with 36 attendees. Today with over a 150 views. How wonderful is that?
